English Premier League; Match previews - Sun 8th May

A preview of Sunday's fixtures in the Barclays Premier League.  There are great matches in the Barclays Premier League on Sunday, may 8th 2011.

The much  awaited is the meeting between Manchester United and Chelsea which has been billed as a potential title decider.
The programme kicks off with a meaty Midlands meeting between Wolverhampton Wanderers and West Bromwich Albion followed by Arsenal's visit to Stoke City.
Wolves v West Brom
Wolves picked up a good point with a 1-1 draw at Birmingham City but remain in deep trouble.
Mick McCarthy's men have managed just two draws from their last five outings while Albion have taken 10 points from a possible 15.
Wolves have not beaten the Baggies in their last five meetings, managing just two draws including the 1-1 scoreline at the Hawthorns in February.
Stoke v Arsenal
Arsenal have won the last four Barclays Premier League meetings between the sides since going down 2-1 at the Britannia Stadium in November 2008. They also lost 3-1 there in the FA Cup in January 2010.
The Gunners kept their faint title hopes alive with a 1-0 win over Manchester United at the Emirates Stadium but after taking just two points from their three previous fixtures, manager Arsene Wenger knows there can be no further slip-ups.
The Potters have not lost at home in 2011, winning five and drawing two. Their last reverse in front of their own fans came against Fulham in December.
Man Utd v Chelsea
This has suddenly become a key fixture in the battle for the Barclays Premier League crown. United's defeat at Arsenal means they will lose pole position on goal difference if Chelsea win at Old Traffford .
United though have dropped only two points at home all season and have the cushion of knowing a draw would surely be enough to see them go on and win their 19th title.
The Blues enjoyed a 2-1 victory in the Barclays Premier League meeting at Stamford Bridge in March but United won both legs of the Champions League quarter-final.
