The World's 10 Most Wanted Fugitives

The World's 10 Most Wanted Fugitives is a list published by the American publishing and media company Forbes. The list contains ten fugitives that Forbes, with the help of international law enforcements,
deems as the world's most wanted. The list was first published in April 2008. Subsequently, in August 2008 Forbes published a new list that focused solely on white-collar crime: World's 10 Most Wanted White-Collar Fugitives. There has been a new list as of May 2011, following the death of Osama bin Laden.

Fugitives

  • Osama bin Laden, Saudi Arabian. Founder of Al-Qaeda. - Confirmed dead May 1, 2011
  • Joaquín Guzmán Loera, Mexican. Drug Lord, leader Of Sinaloa Cartel
  • Dawood Ibrahim Kaskar, Indian. Head of Criminal Network (also called D-Company)
  • Semion Mogilevich, Ukrainian-Russian. Head of one of the most powerful Russian organized crime syndicates.
  • Matteo Messina Denaro, Italian. Sicilian Mafioso
  • Alimzhan Tokhtakhunov, Uzbekistan. Organized crime figure
  • Félicien Kabuga, Rwandan. Implicated in organizing and funding the 1994 Rwandan genocide
  • Joseph Kony, Ugandan. Leader of the Lord's Resistance Army
  • James "Whitey" Bulger, American. Alleged leader of the Winter Hill Gang, an Irish-American crime family based in Boston, Massachusetts.
  • Omid Tahvili, Iranian-Canadian. Head of a notorious Canadian organized crime syndicate. The gangster is also associated with Dawood Ibrahim.
