Like other Ramadan, prices of food items in the market tend to climb high and this year is not an exception, because most Muslim households buy foodstuff in bulk in preparation for the fasting period in which a variety of mouth-watering meals are prepared.
A survey of local Markets in Lagos, Nigeria shows that many people are trying to get what they will need for the fasting period and this has resulted in to high prices of food stuff.
