When will University of Ibadan Change of course be out?

This is to inform all applicants of university of Ibadan who are on the look out for university of ibadan (UI) change of course application that the change of course application will be out soonest as plans are on for that. i want to advise that candidates should exercise caution while changing, and from experience make

sure that when you will be changing course, try and consider the cut off of the course you will be changing to as those cut off will be increase after the change of course, so if you need hints on what to change to, drop your question in the comment box for answers.
